A quieter portrait experience

A considered sitting, not a rushed session.

Fine Art Floofs is designed for owners who want a portrait with emotional weight and visual restraint. The process begins with your dog: temperament, age, confidence, energy, the bond you share, and the kind of finished piece that would suit your home.

BeforeA private conversation about your dog, the portrait mood, and any practical needs.

Nervous, energetic and older dogs

Built around the dog in front of the camera.

Some dogs arrive ready to work. Others need time, quiet handling, movement breaks, or a little patience before their character settles into the frame. The experience is planned to give Mark space to make expressive portraits without forcing the pace.

For older dogs or deeply significant companions, the language stays gentle. The aim is to create something considered while your dog can still take part comfortably.

How it works

Consultation, portrait sitting, artwork guidance.

1. Private consultation

Tell us about your dog, what matters about them, and whether you are imagining a single statement portrait, a small collection, or a gift commission.

2. Fine art portrait sitting

Mark creates a quiet studio environment and uses light, expression and timing to make portraits that feel closer to artwork than everyday photographs.

3. Artwork selection

Your finished choices are discussed with the home in mind. Mark will guide you through artwork options from the studio so the portrait feels right for the space where it will live.
